Officially incorporated on 4th September 2023, Anukriti Lifesciences is the product of purpose, passion, and a pledge to empower India's healthcare system through ethical pharmaceutical distribution.

But our roots run deeper than paperwork and policies. The seeds of Anukriti were sown through years of observation, compassion, and a burning desire to improve the delivery of healthcare essentials in a country where access and trust are often as critical as the medicines themselves. What began as a humble initiative, soon evolved into a fully registered and government-recognized Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)—with a name that means "a delicate creation," symbolizing both precision and care.

With the approval of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and registration under the MSME scheme, Anukriti Lifesciences is more than a certified company—it’s a movement toward responsible medicine. We proudly hold:

Form 20-B Licence: For wholesale distribution of drugs excluding those under Schedules C, C(1), and X.
Form 21-B Licence: For wholesale of medicines under Schedules C and C(1), excluding Schedule X.

These licenses, valid till 2029, reflect our commitment to compliance, safety, and public well-being.
